Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, notify us as soon as you know. We will try to reschedule you for as soon as works for both our schedules. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice (including no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $X.

Pet-Owner Responsibilities

For this training to be effective, pet-owners must put in considerable work outside of classes. We will do our best to give you the tools to teach your pet but without continual reinforcement, we do not expect and cannot guarantee any results.

Training Locations

There are two options for in-person classes: you come to me, or I come to you. We can also do virtual classes via Zoom.
