Chuck is very accommodating to work with. He is willing to answer any questions no matter how silly. He is able to keep the class moving without it feeling rushed. He not only tells you the different exercises but shows you so that you can be sure to get it right. He makes sure to engage the dog throughout the class. He makes sure to explain everything completely. He is willing to backtrack if you need him to without getting upset with you. He is definitely a trainer I will use again.
